Analysts interested in insurance and IT with excellent negotiating skills
From the very start, you will take over the technical and organizational responsibility for company pension customer projects and ensure that they reach their economic targets. You have foresight, you are able to detect new business potentials, take the initiative and are prepared to develop further growth with us together. Technically demanding circumstances and challenging projects await you.
Your tasks
- Technical and organizational responsibility for company pension customer projects and ensure that they reach their economic targets.
- Consultation of our customers regarding actuarial questions and the creation of technical specifications for our software product in|sure CollPhir
- Close cooperation with software development, quality assurance and sales
- Presentation of decision templates on a management and executive leel
- Responsibility for the negotiation and implementation of technical and economic contents
- You clear up basic questions in the company pension and develop new innovative product ideas (for example, for the social partner model)
- You develop and maintain a calculation model for pension schemes
Your profile
- Degree in (economic) mathematics, information science, economics or training at an insurance company
- Work, basic knowledge of tax and social contribution laws in the company pension environment as well as technical knowledge in the area of insurance technology
- Experience in the creation of technical concepts as well as the presentation of contextually demanding topics in workshops and project bodies
- Years of experience as a project leader or project employee in the area of official company pension or life insurance would be beneficial
- Existing actuary training (DAV/IVS) or willingness to learn through training is desirable
- Very good German language skills
