With your sensitivity for communication and your experience in incident processes, you can take care of our customers' problems bindingly and professionally right up to the solution. Your tasks

  • Independent supervision of the incoming support cases of our customers as well as monitoring and escalation of incidents
  • Close cooperation with the 3rd level specialist product development, product managers and communication with the customer
  • Support responsibility for our in|sure products in 2nd level support
  • Co-design of a young department with very flat decision paths and hierarchies 
  • Dealing with systems like Jira, Confluence as well as interdisciplinary cooperation via MS-Teams, MS-Sharepoint

Your profile

  • Education with a computer science or insurance connection or a comparable course of study
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor in dealing with employees and customers at various hierarchical levels 
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity about constantly new and complex issues
  • Professional experience in the IT process environment or software support
  • Very good German language skills
  • Ideally, relevant experience in Incident Management as well as good knowledge in dealing with IT service applications
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 2 days per month) for coordination with colleagues and customers
